My Flute Studio is based in Andergrove, Mackay. My home studio is a place for students to establish, expand and continue learning the flute. Whether you have a young person just starting out, or are an experienced player who wants to either continue to play, or start playing again, I want to help you on your journey!
A Passion for Flute
Hi! I'm Jules, the teacher behind My Flute Studio.
I started my flute journey as an eager 8 year old in a school fife band, which sparked a passion for making music, and a love for flute. I have over 25 years experience, playing in community wind bands and orchestras, as well as some solo performances. I teach as a flute specialist for a school instrumental program, as well as my home studio, and also teach classroom music. I hold an AMEB diploma on flute and a Bachelor Music/Bachelor Education (Secondary).
At My Flute Studio, I offer lessons of 30 mins to 1 hour, depending on your individual needs. There is also the option of group theory/musicianship lessons as required, and flute ensemble lessons (duos/trios/etc).
